Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries.

 

Delivery

International Delivery is complimentary via DHL International Insured Courier. Delivery to most countries will take 2-3 business days. There might be delays caused by customs clearance. Your order is sent DDP (delivery duty paid), so the price on our website includes customs duties.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.

 

How do I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns within 28 days of ordering (except for bespoke items). We will gladly arrange for the return shipping which will be at a flat rate of £19. For returns of faulty goods, we will ship and repair the bag for you at no cost, but if the bag cannot be repaired, we will gladly exchange it for another bag. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
